With over 127 million pounds produced annually and distributed to 31 countries, we proudly support institutional, retail, and foodservice partners around the world.

Our vertically integrated operations ensure traceability, quality assurance, and rigorous product testing within our 600,000 square foot R&D facility—affectionately referred to as “the basement.” (Don’t worry, it has lights.)
